This Chopping Board Oil is clear in colour, no odour nor taste which can’t affect the food when cooking. It is vegan friendly makes it suitable for individuals with dietary requirements. I have tried to drop a small amount of this oil & I can see it hydrates my wooden utensil which restores the wood colour. It only needs 2-4 coats depending on the size of the wood you’re applying the oil but avoid over oiling it as it may take days to dry. I ordered the 500ml size bottle which I believe will last me more than a year if using every 4-6 months.Though I like this chopping board oil, it takes time

Got this to polish a wooden bowl that had lost its shine. Its made a hell of a difference looks like it did when my grandad first made it. Perfect easy to apply and long lasting.

I didn’t realise how thirsty my chopping board was until I treated it with this oil. It looked brand new again after! The instructions were easy to follow and so was the application. I did find it easier to spread by dribbling the oil onto the board instead of putting it on the cloth. It dried quickly but I left it a couple of hours to be sure and reapplied it for coat two. I left it a couple more hours and then buffed any excess oil off. Board looked great, cruelty free ingredients and easy to do so I’m very happy to recommend ☺️

Used to treat a chopping board I made. Two coats and goes far. Probably used 1/5 of the bottle for this big board.

This is a lot cheaper than 'lemon oil' sold for treating guitar fingerboards, the only difference being that this mineral oil is purer, having no added colour or scent.

This is a great value food safe oil which works brilliantly well on my composite oak chopping boards. It comes in a simple bottle with a screw on lid. I refresh the boards quite frequently as they dry out a lot, they're worktop offcuts, and especially after cleaning with water. I poured some onto my boards, rubbed it over gently, took off the excess, let it soak in overnight and buffed it up the next day. It's soaked right into the wood and sealed the grain, leaving a subtle sheen. It's a clear, colourless oil, odourless, leaves no taste on foodstuffs, wipes up easily, and does what it's suppo

Decent price for a decenty quantity.Bought as I have 2 real wood chopping boards that need occasional re-moisturising, and if the wood is allowed to dry out too much, it can 'drink' a fair bit of oil over a few weeks so it soaks in properly.

Used to oil the tray on this high chair that I sanded down and upholstered the chair. As you can see after sanding the wood was light. The oil has darkened the wood and given a lovely finish. Easy to apply, absorbs quickly.

This oil really does work well on all types of wood - I have tried it on several different hard and soft woods and all of them took it well. The oils has the job of protection rather than to alter the colour/shade of the wood. It brings it up to just look 'good' and refreshed. On a chopping board it took well and dried quickly so I applied a second coat that took a while to dry. Once dried it was completely dry so didn't affect the food at all.Once in a while I like to use a very delicate oil on small bits I either turn or make/carve and this oil is perfect for that too.

Looks to have restored my chopping board to original condition. It's a nice board so worth the small amount of effort and expense in looking after it.
