Deliveries
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders typically take between 2-3 working days to be delivered. We’ll always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will keep you informed when we’re aware of any issues with our shipping partners service levels.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of the shipping confirmation email. Then you’ll need to let us know so that we can investigate the matter. Failure to inform us could affect your ability to receive a refund or a replacement item(s).
Paperless Invoicing
To help speed up the processing of orders and to reduce our carbon footprint we do not provide printed receipts. An electronic VAT receipt is available upon request.
Returns & Refunds

Product Warranty
The products we offer are covered by a 365 day warranty and covers any HemBorta product that breaks or does not function as described due to a manufacturing fault. Such faulty products will be replaced on a like-for-like basis.
Security & Telephone Orders
Our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant to ensure that your details are safe. To further protect you we do not accept telephone orders so please place your order via the website.
